Add Images
Upload your own images – your images will appear on your daily planner pages (one image per week or one per month) and your monthly calendar tabs. You can place images in both places or just one of the two.
Use Stock Images – if you don’t want to upload your own images, you can choose from one of our stock photography databases.
No Images – if you decide not to include images, the design you selected will fill in the area set aside for images.
Note: The location of the images in the planner page design is predetermined and cannot be modified. You can, however, choose which week your image appears. You may choose a different image for each week, for each month, or use the same image all year.

Choose Your Design and Layout
Start With a Blank Canvas –The sky’s the limit. Browse our library of designs and choose one to customize to suit your personal style.
Start With an Existing Theme –Jump-start your design process with an existing theme, then customize as much or as little as you like.
Multiple Layout Choices –Choose one page per day to view two days at a time, or two pages per day for more space to take notes and record appointments and tasks. If you like to keep track of entire week of tasks in one glance, select the weekly format.

Enter Your Tasks, Appointments, and Notes
Recurring tasks or appointments, such as work meetings or exercise classes, will print on the dates you specify. Simply enter the information and set the recurrence (daily, weekly, annually).
What is a recurrence?
If your appointments, events, or tasks occur more than once during the year, you can define the event as a “recurrence” and it will appear on each date and time that you specify. Enter the data once and you’ll never have to do it again. It’s stored securely for the next time you order.

Customizable Footer - Add your own information to personalize the footer line at the bottom of each planner page. Choose a favorite name, quote, or something that inspires you.
Start Any Month - Begin your planner pages the first day of any month instead of waiting for a new quarter to start. Please note, if you started to create a planner three months ago or longer, you will be required to change the start date.
